How is my health data protected?

Privacy-by-design. Your weight, photos, and journal can qualify as special-category health data under the GDPR, so we apply data minimisation, explicit consent, and encryption in transit and at rest. Data is hosted in the EU, on HDS-certified hosting (France/EU) for services handling health data. No health data or personal information ever appears in logs or analytics.
